The circuit closes.
The final semester runs from February to July at the home university chosen for thesis work — typically Tampere — with an optional industry placement in any consortium country. All three universities co-supervise. You started with all three; you end with all three.

What this semester is for.
The first three semesters are taught; this one is yours. The cohort scatters across European cities for thesis work, with one return event for the defence.

Industry placement
Optional 3–6 month placement in an EU industry partner. Counts toward final credits.
Defence event
All theses defended at a single consortium event — Tallinn, Porto, or Tampere on rotation.
Graduation
Triple degree from all three host universities. AISS-stamped supplement, EU diploma.
